Orders can only be cancelled before delivery. Once the product has been delivered to the registered email or WhatsApp number, cancellation is not possible.
Customers are responsible for checking product details before purchasing. PlayWithEase will not be responsible for incorrect purchases made by the customer.
If there is any genuine technical issue from our side, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify the issue and provide necessary assistance.
Any attempt to misuse refund policies, false claims, or chargebacks will result in permanent suspension from our services.
